Chargers Advising

Includes:

• Meet & Greet – familiarize with parent and player/discuss expectations of advisor relationship

• On/Off ice evaluation – consider physical condition and skill sets, tactical knowledge, emotional maturity, and intellectual commitment to learning

• Goal setting – players long and short-term goals/ Advisor genuine assessment on achievable goal setting after evaluation

• 1 video session 

• Comprehensive development plan to include individual skills improvement detail, on & off ice training plans, dietary goals, sport psychology options. Referral to industry professionals and support to promote player to hockey contacts and decision makers

Monthly Maintenance Package - $350

Includes:

• 1 practice attendance

• 1 game attendance

• Debriefing after each attendance to discuss possible problem areas and suggestions on how to better approach tactical situations

Record game and walk player through each choice made on the ice and provide clear age-appropriate situational options.
